Undivided focus on you where in the atmosphere of safety, confidentiality, support and deep reflection you become aware of how to make needed changes to reach your goals. At least 6 sessions are recommended to start to see meaningful changes.
Behavioral Interview Prep
Prepare for a structured interview that will ask you to provide examples of your past experience and behavior, and will be used to predict how you may perform in your future job. We will work with you while you create detailed responses to showcase your critical thinking, leadership, teamwork and domain expertise. This practice will also include mock interviews.
Team Coaching
When a team struggles to achieve goals we unpack how team functions as one unit. As a result, team as a whole identifies its problems, repairs malfunctions, restructures roles and accelerates progress. Much deeper levels of mutual trust and better decision making are common outcomes of this work. Duration and scope of this service are determined when we perform detailed intake and discuss desired outcomes with you.
