I have spent 15 years in large corporations in San Francisco Bay Area and Seattle. In Amazon, I was L7 Sr. Manager in the Advertising organization where I led technical and business teams. I was part of creating a business today known as the Amazon Publisher Services in advertising technology and streaming TV space. I was involved in hiring more than a hundred people into Amazon, and trained as an Amazon Bar Raiser for interviewing external candidates. While in Amazon I switched careers, got training and became an internal executive coach. As a leadership development practitioner, I led Amazon executive onboarding program and operated an executive coaching practice.

I grew up in Central Asia, in Kazakhstan. Through my years in the US, I came to understand the challenges of immigration, learning other languages and the advantages of being multi-cultural. With psychology as a life-long passion, I am receiving training as a psychotherapist and mental health counselor.
